When will sold out items be available?

There have been unpredictable delays in manufacturing our products based on the health crisis. The nature of each delay prevents us from knowing when some out of stock products will arrive. We'll post on our social media channel any information we have regarding out of stock products.

We are not able to provide individual notifications as products become available.

How long does it take order to arrive?

Within the US, puzzle shipments should arrive within 5-7 days from the date of purchase. International shipments often take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Puzzles, T-shirts, blankets, and pillows all ship separately. Pillows, blankets, and t-shirts generally arrive within 3 weeks. 

Who are the artists?

We have partnered with a range of artists to develop our products. There are more than five different artists who contributed to the current line of puzzles.

Why do we need diverse puzzles?

The toy market generally creates less characters for African Americans and other diverse groups. Creating toys that mirror children's skin color, hair texture, and features can provide profound affirmation for a child's positive self image. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States, France, Germany, Canada, and UK. We are planning to broaden our shipping destinations soon.

Do you offer customized puzzles? 

The children in your life are all unique and wonderful. We offer a range of puzzle images but we do not customize puzzle illustrations or partner with independent book authors at this time.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchasing rates?

We have a limited wholesale program for events, organizations, and physical stores. We are not currently partnering with additional web-based sales vendors. Please reach out to us at contact@puzzlehuddle.com for additional information.
